Shipping policy

Processing time: We will endeavour to pick, pack and prepare the order within 1-3 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:  Domestic Australia shipping rates are a flat rate of A$11.00 for standard shipping and also A$13.20 for Express shipping. Standard shipping is estimated to take 5-8 business days and Express shipping 2=4 business days. Standard shipping is free for Australian orders over A$150 Express rates are free for orders over A$200.

International Shipping: Flat shipping rate of A$30 is provided with free shipping for orders exceeding A$300 per order. Delivery is expected to take between 8 and 12 business days, subject to customs clearance times. The buyer is solely responsible for local customs duties and import taxes,

Address Errors: Tucker Stone Studio is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided.

Damaged items: Please notify immediately if there is damage to an item and request a return. Tucker Stone Studio will accept returns if the item has not been damaged by the customer.
